April 17, 2006
From a press release

TORONTO - Tiffany Gate Foods has been awarded the Gold Certificate of Recognition from Silliker, Inc. for its Toronto, ON food processing facility in December 2005. This achievement is highly coveted in the food industry where safe manufacturing processes are concerned. Silliker, Inc. is the leading international network of accredited food testing and consulting laboratories. The Silliker certification is yet another feather in Tiffany Gate's food safety cap.

The Silliker GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Food Safety Audit provides important guidelines for the production of safe and quality foods. Some of the audit criteria include Food Safety Systems, Quality Systems, Employee Practices, Plant Sanitation and Processing. Tiffany Gate Foods scored a 97% rating, which is deemed "excellent".

Tiffany Gate Foods is not only a government regulated facility, but it also subscribes to HACCP and a few other rigorous QA measures to ensure its processes and preparation of food products consisting of fresh prepared main dishes, side dishes, salads, and gourmet meals packaged as Les Entrées are safe and nutritious. The Silliker audit is entirely voluntary, and this is one of the ways Tiffany Gate Foods exercises its commitment to producing the best, freshest, and safest home meal replacement solutions.
