Upon completion of the online portion of BASICS.fst®, the successful completion of a proctored exam, is required to receive the course certificate/wallet card.

Test consists of 15 true/false and 35 multiple choice. Passing Grade is 74%.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO WRITE THE EXAM. PLEASE BRING IT WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR EXAMINATION.

BASICS.fst® exam proctoring sessions will be offered based at the locations noted below. Seats must be reserved in advance – once your seat is confirmed you will receive an email with the details for the exam centre.
