Upon completion of the online portion of BASICS.fst®, the successful completion of a proctored classroom-style test is required to receive the course certificate/wallet card. You must complete the online portion of the course before booking an examination date.

Test consists of 15 true/false and 35 multiple choice. Passing Grade is 74%.

If you fail the test on your first attempt, two additional opportunities to re-write at a cost of $20.00 per attempt. Failure of all three attempts identifies the need to re-register for the entire course.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO WRITE THE TEST. PLEASE BRING IT WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR EXAMINATION.
