Early Bird Registration

Individual Registration includes the following:

• Admission into all general and breakout sessions

Early Bird Registration fee: Early-Bird rate $295 ($278.39+GST) until August 8, 2008. Regular rate $345 ($325.47+GST).

Group Registration: Available to three or more individuals from the same organization - Early-Bird rate $245 ($231.13+GST) until August 8, 2008. Regular rate $295 ($278.30+GST).

Special PHI Registration: Early-Bird rate $195 ($183.96+GST) until August 8, 2008. Regular rate $295 ($278.30+GST). A limited number of spaces have been reserved at these special rates - they are only available to individuals currently working in public health units.
