CANADA: Food allergens fact sheet available

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), as part of an ongoing effort
to increase consumer awareness about common food allergens, has compiles
an allergen fact sheet for Tree Nuts - one of the nine most common food
allergens. The information highlights the symptoms of an allergic
reaction and addresses key information about specific allergens.
