Halton Region Health Department was cited as saying it had charged the catering company accused of making 150 people sick from a Mother's Day brunch with seven health- code violations, including temperature abuse, poor food handling and improper protection of foods from contamination, when it investigated the kitchen of Compton and Greenland, which provides food service at Royal Botanical Gardens.
